2026-2027 New-Student Enrollment Form

Please provide the Initial information needed to enroll student at Cyber Village Academy in the 2026-27 school year. This is a PRE-Registration form. When complete, you will receive enrollment information.

Students must be residents of the state of Minnesota to enroll in our school.

All students are accepted immediately unless there is a waitlist.

Full registration information will be emailed upon receipt of completed enrollment form.
