The Restorative Practices Committee supports the CVA community in fostering a sense of belonging and empathetic communication while addressing harm and resilience through a lens of equity. This committee takes proactive steps to meet the holistic needs of our community including but not limited to, facilitating the building of healthy relationships, repairing harm (validating and holding individuals accountable), and creating learning opportunities.
