100% Online Summer School for Grades 8–12

Cyber Village Academy is offering online asynchronous summer school options for students in grades 8–12.

Flexible, self-paced courses are available for credit recovery, credit advancement, and knowledge-building opportunities.

Program Overview

CVA offers 100% online middle and high school courses during the summer. Courses are taught by CVA teachers using the same curriculum used during the regular school year.

  • Registration Deadline: May 29, 2026
  • Courses Available: June 15 – August 7
  • Required Orientation: June 15, 9:30–10:30 AM
  • Cost: $180 per course

High School Options

Traditional Courses

  • Complete a semester or year-long course fully online
  • Earn 0.5 credits per completed course
  • Earn a letter grade that counts toward GPA

Credit Recovery

  • Students take a pre-test to reduce already-mastered work
  • Earn a “P” for Pass and 0.5 credits
  • Does not count toward GPA
  • Only available for courses previously taken but not passed

Teacher Support

  • Students have access to CVA teachers throughout the summer
  • Support is available by email and scheduled Google Meet
  • Emails are answered within 72 hours on weekdays

Dropping a Course & Grades

  • Courses may be dropped through June 24 for a $160 refund
  • Grades will be posted or sent in mid to late August
  • If a student does not pass, they receive No Credit (NC), which does not affect GPA
