Behavior Interventionist (ADSIS/Counselor), Middle School Math & Technology, Middle School English Language Arts, Special Education Teacher, K -12 Music Teacher, MS Science & Biology Teacher, Paraprofessional, Student Advocate (General Education – Academic & Behavior), Student Advocate (Special Education), 100% Online Contracted Teachers Part Time Gr. 6-12 – enrollment dependent (Social Studies, Language Arts, Math, Science), and Substitute Teachers!

Our staff is highly collaborative; developing, creating and tweaking curriculum to the needs of our students all guided by MN Standards.  As a hybrid and online school we are able to offer a variety of professional development opportunities that allow teachers additional time for PLC’s, collaboration, creative thinking and individual development every week. staff are on campus 5 days a week, teaching in person (3 days a week) and online (2 days a week).

Pay: $20 – 21.50/hour

CVA is looking for a full-time Behavior Interventionist. This person will work witih students directly to support their overall Social Emotional Learning and provide them opportunity to develop and build skills to support their overall success in life. They will also support the day-to-day student discipline and behavior management issues for general education students and others as necessary in on-campus and online school environments.  Supports building behavior and attendance concerns with specific interventions.

The successful candidate is a licensed teacher, social worker or guidance counselor and has experience in classroom and school-wide behavior management programs such as responsive classroom, PBIS, culturally responsive behavior management, restorative practices or similar.

Position is paid per class as an independent contractor. Pay is dependent on the number of students enrolled in the course. Curriculum is provided by Cyber Village Academy, teacher is responsible for supplementing curriculum based on student needs, supporting student understanding through scheduled office hours or scheudled meetings and grading assignments as appropriate.  Curriculum is deliver asynchronously, so flexibility is paramount in being successful with this position.  Internet access and appropriate licensure is required.

CVA is looking for a dynamic and flexible substitute teachers to teach any grade level and subject area in our K – 12 hybrid environment. The ideal candidate is skilled in building relationships and working with students.  Teacher should always be seeking new ways to motivate and challenge students, and loves to explore instructional strategies to support students growth.

Job Duties and Specifications:

Pay: $170 a day

Schedule: 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday, on an as needed basis.
